Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury retail environments across assigned brands and markets. Provide detailed feedback on customer experiences to help brands evaluate their service delivery and advocate for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluations

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury brand stores.
• Evaluate experiences across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
• Share detailed opinions about assigned luxury store experiences.

Reporting

• Deliver feedback on evaluated luxury retail environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Arabic speaker.
• Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
• Premium or luxury brand shopper or enthusiast.
