Role Purpose
To support engineering teams in road and infrastructure projects by assisting with technical reviews, site coordination, construction monitoring, and documentation while developing professional engineering skills through mentorship and hands-on project experience.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Support engineering teams in reviewing drawings and technical documents.
- Maintain project documentation and contribute to engineering deliverables.
Site Coordination & Monitoring
- Assist in monitoring construction progress and preparing reports.
- Participate in inspections and measurements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities on project matters.
Quality & Compliance
- Verify compliance with project requirements.
- Participate in quality and safety reviews.
Project Planning & Support
- Support planning, scheduling, quantity take-offs, or HSE activities depending on assigned department.
Professional Development
- Develop engineering skills through mentorship and training programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience.
- Commitment to professional development within infrastructure projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera) is a plus.
