Salon Receptionist

Role Overview

Salon Receptionist at MIRA Construction. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for managing appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the salon.

Role Purpose

Greet, welcome, and support clients while managing appointment bookings, client inquiries, and salon operations to create a professional and welcoming salon experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service

• Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Handle client inquiries, provide accurate information about services, and assist with membership or service packages.

Appointment Management

• Manage appointment bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
• Coordinate with stylists and other staff to optimize appointment scheduling.

Operations & Administration

• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Manage product inventory and assist in sales of salon products.
• Record daily sales and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in a salon or beauty environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in Russian and English languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software and CRM systems.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
