Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Training

• Guide clients in setting up their Salla online stores, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Provide training and support to clients on using the Salla platform effectively.
• Conduct webinars and workshops to educate clients on various features of the Salla platform.

Store Optimization & Performance

• Assist customers in optimizing their product listings and store layout for maximum visibility and sales.
• Monitor client performance metrics and suggest strategies for improvement.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot issues related to store functionality and provide timely resolutions.

Strategic Knowledge & Development

• Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to share with clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a related customer support role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online store management.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Proficiency in digital marketing concepts, including SEO and content optimization.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
