Salesforce Developer Lead (Offshore)

Role Overview

Salesforce Developer Lead (Offshore) position with VAM Systems for UAE operations.

Role Purpose

Lead Salesforce development initiatives for enterprise clients, overseeing complex implementations, managing CI/CD pipelines, and driving technical excellence across the development team while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Architecture

• Lead Salesforce development projects including customer portals and Lightning Web Components.
• Oversee complex enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Manage Salesforce CI/CD development pipeline implementation and operations.

Integration & Technical Strategy

• Drive integration solutions and manage integration architecture across enterprise systems.

Agile & Process Management

• Direct application of Agile development methodology and SDLC/DevOps practices.

Client Management

• Maintain direct client-facing relationships.
• Communicate technical requirements and solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Salesforce Development.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce customer portals including Lightning Web Components.
• Proven track record with complex enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Direct hands-on experience with Agile development methodology and SDLC/DevOps practices.
• Experience with Salesforce CI/CD development pipeline implementation and management preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Client-facing engagement capability.

• Joining timeframe: 2 weeks maximum, 1 month preferred.
• Location: UAE operations.
