Role Overview

Sales & Marketing Officer for the Catering & Housing industry with ABIS, based in the region.

Role Purpose

Drive sales growth and market expansion by identifying customer needs, developing business opportunities, and closing sales transactions in the catering and housing sectors. Build and maintain client relationships while representing the organization at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development & Opportunity Identification

• Conduct market research and studies to identify sales opportunities.
• Assess customer needs and requirements.
• Search for new sales opportunities by communicating with customers via telephone and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential customers and listen to their desires and concerns.

Sales Execution & Negotiations

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate and close sales transactions.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Reporting & Analysis

• Create periodic reviews and reports with sales data and financial information.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with the organization's staff.

Stakeholder & Team Engagement

• Participate on behalf of the organization in important exhibitions or conferences.
• Collaborate with the work team to achieve better results.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industrial catering or housing industry experience required.
• Sales or Business Development experience required.
• Saudi or Gulf region experience required, or returnee candidate status.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient communication in Arabic and English.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate situations to determine whether a customer's needs will lead to a purchase.
