Role Purpose

Identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting the hotel's guest rooms, meeting facilities, and food & beverage services to corporate and leisure clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections to generate business.
• Follow up on sales leads, proposals, and client enquiries.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Promote the hotel's guest rooms, meeting facilities, and food & beverage services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree, higher education qualification, or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• One or more years of experience in Sales, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of the local market and business environment.
