SALES EXECUTIVE

Role Overview

Sales Executive at Napco National. This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.

Role Purpose

Responsible for sales, collection, and growth for a specific area and assigned customer base. The role focuses on selling the company's full product range, maintaining customer relationships, managing collections, and reporting market intelligence to the sales leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Development

• Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers.
• Sell all potential customers within the territory.
• Detect and report new customers in the area to the team leader.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Activity

• Provide feedback of any competition activity within the assigned area.

Planogram & Merchandising

• Ensure proper implementation of planogram.

Order & Inventory Management

• Issue special order requests upon need.
• Perform inventory check for every visit covering warehouses and shelves.

Collections & Documentation

• Collect invoices according to company's aging policy.
• Present customer orders to the team leader and daily collection for the distributor or accountant.
• Review on a quarterly basis customer account reconciliation and obtain customer signature and approval.

Customer Service & Problem Resolution

• Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
• Reports to the team leader any problem or objection that occurred and could not be handled.

Pre-Call Preparation & Documentation

• Prepare all needed documents for the call cycle or business review before going to the market.

Product Returns

• Issue return forms for defected products if available and obtain approval from superior before actual return.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum High School degree.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in similar and related field.
