Role Purpose

Execute the sales strategy established by the Sales Manager to achieve monthly sales targets, goals, renewals, and profitability in the landscaping sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Target Achievement

• Implement the sales strategy developed by the Sales Manager to attain monthly sales targets, goals, renewals, and profitability.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities by prospecting the market.
• Deliver sales presentations for prospects in a professional and effective manner.

Client Assessment & Pricing

• Survey premises to estimate technical requirements and pricing when needed.

Offer Development & Sales Closing

• Develop ideas and create offers for target clients using all necessary marketing tools.
• Prepare detailed offers, follow up until the offer becomes a contract, and handle after-sales follow-up.

Client Relationship Management

• Present new products and services to existing clients and enhance client relationships through preplanned courtesy calls and visits.
• Respond to client needs and follow up with all concerned parties on all aspects of their request.
• Handle renewals of contracts when applicable.

Systems & Administration

• Handle client data accurately and timely on Rentokil-Boecker® systems.
• Document and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports.

Marketing & Promotion

• Participate in events and exhibitions to promote company services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscaping.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in relevant markets.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in English (required). Arabic is a plus.
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office and CRM.
