Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Inventory

• Manage assigned store sections by maintaining organized, visually appealing displays
• Ensure inventory accuracy in assigned areas
• Execute opening and closing cash desk procedures while adhering to compliance and security protocols
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization

Sales & Transactions

• Process sales transactions, exchanges, and refunds across multiple payment methods with efficiency and accuracy
• Develop product knowledge and stay informed on current promotions to enhance customer interactions
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets

Customer Service

• Provide outstanding customer service through face-to-face interactions and telephone support
