Key Responsibilities

Store Environment & Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment that reflects brand standards

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide knowledgeable product information throughout their shopping experience
• Deliver quality fitting room service and follow up with customers promptly

Sales Support

• Identify opportunities to enhance sales
• Promote gift card offerings

Transactions & Administration

• Process transactions efficiently at the cash wrap
• Manage customer data entry

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
