Role Purpose

To identify and pursue new sales opportunities, expand the customer base, and drive revenue growth while leveraging understanding of the local market and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase offerings.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Market & Strategy

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Operations & Coordination

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must be an Emirati national.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, culture, and business practices.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and best practices.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
