SABER Registration Specialist at Solenis.

Role Purpose

The Demand Coordinator supports daily demand management activities, including demand control, forecast compilation, and process execution. The role delivers raw forecasts and market input for processing by the demand team under the direction of the lead demand planner or manager for the assigned area of responsibility—business segment, product line, or specific geography.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Analysis & Data Management

• Understand the source of demand.
• Collect and analyze demand data and provide input for the demand management process.
• Compile raw input, historical data, and trend information to deliver raw forecast and market input.
• Manage and develop accurate demand forecasts at appropriate levels for the 1–36 month demand horizon.
• Create statistical forecasts under the direction of the demand planner or manager.
• Maintain forecast parameters, consumption history, and product groups.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with other regions on cross-regional demand.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service to collect customer-provided forecasts.
• Work closely with sales to collect sales input and communicate output from demand plans.
• Communicate any allocations to the commercial team.

Monitoring & Performance Tracking

• Monitor forecast performance and track demand and variances for follow-up by the Demand Planner or Demand Manager.
• Publish demand information including plans, reports, and metrics.
• Update forecasts and demand plans and implement actions for improving plan information.
• Conduct root cause identification and tracking.
• Update metrics and dashboards.

Process Participation

• Participate in weekly demand meetings and reviews.
• Follow up on actions from the S&OP process and communicate impact on demand.
