Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform daily repairs and maintenance tasks in guest rooms and hallways.
• Complete carpet cleaning and floor polishing to maintain proper condition.
• Assist with ad hoc maintenance tasks and departmental projects as needed.

Inventory Management

• Maintain appropriate stock levels of replacement items for guest rooms and corridors.

Safety & Compliance

• Identify and report any health or safety issues found on guest floors.
