Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Maintenance

• Clean and tidy assigned rooms to spotless condition.
• Make beds according to Hilton standards.
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly.
• Dust all surfaces and furnishings.
• Vacuum guest rooms daily.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.

Linens and Amenities

• Replace bed linens and towels.
• Replenish guest essentials and amenities.

Supply Management

• Stock the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies.
• Transport the supply cart throughout the property.

Guest Service

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Waste Management

• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
