Role Overview

Room Attendant at Hilton. This role is based at a Hilton hotel property.

Role Purpose

As a Room Attendant, you ensure guest rooms are clean, well-maintained, and inviting while delivering exceptional hospitality that creates memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials.

Supply Management

• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.

Guest Service

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
