Role Purpose

Identify, assess, and monitor risks across projects while providing accurate and timely reporting to support risk mitigation strategies and enable effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Identification & Analysis

• Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain risk registers and risk mitigation plans.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for proactive risk management.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare detailed risk and project status reports for management and stakeholders.

Integration & Collaboration

• Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk management processes into project planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with risk management frameworks and reporting requirements.

Process Improvement

• Support continuous improvement in risk and reporting processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in risk management and project reporting, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with risk management tools and reporting software, such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in risk management is preferred.
