Role Purpose

Operate rides and attractions safely and efficiently while ensuring guest safety, satisfaction, and compliance with all operational procedures and park policies.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Safety

• Operate rides and attractions in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks of rides.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond to any incidents or emergencies effectively and calmly.
• Adhere to all operational procedures and park policies.

Guest Services

• Assist guests with boarding and disembarking rides.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer guest questions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences.

Facility Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in ride operations or amusement park roles is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
