Role Purpose

To engage customers on a daily basis, understand their needs in detail, and recommend products that fit their preferences. You forge relationships rather than simply transact, recognizing that every visitor—whether shopping or browsing—is important to the brand.

Customer Engagement

• Welcome and engage customers, providing detailed product information and building rapport.
• Actively approach and assist customers throughout their visit.
• Recognize that every customer, regardless of spending intention, deserves attention and care.

Sales & Recommendations

• Understand customer needs and preferences through active listening and questioning.
• Recommend products tailored to what customers are looking for.
• Convince customers to finalize a purchase.
• Increase sales by explaining promotions, special offers, discounts, and other sales tools the business is utilizing.

Customer Service

• Answer customer questions promptly and professionally.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Operations & Performance

• Independently keep track of sales records.
• Coordinate with respective departments.
• Optimize performance.
• Uphold the brand's standards of excellence in every customer interaction.
