Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

Reservations & Bookings

• Secure restaurant bookings by converting guest inquiries into confirmed reservations.
• Handle special requests from guests during the booking process.
• Record and process all reservations with accuracy, including guest name, contact information, and special requests.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all reservation documentation.

Sales & Promotion

• Use proactive selling techniques to maximize restaurant sales.
• Promote special menus, events, and dining experiences to guests.
