Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Manage outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, and profitability.
• Enforce policies and procedures across all dining operations.

Guest Experience

• Monitor service and product quality to maintain excellence.
• Assess guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve the dining experience.

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
• Recognize achievements to build and engage a high-performing team.
• Lead hiring efforts, conduct interviews, and train new team members.

Revenue Growth & Marketing

• Implement innovative marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.

• Uphold alcohol awareness regulations.

Budgeting & Financial Management

• Manage budgeting for the outlet.
