Role Overview

Restaurant Manager at Hilton, managing daily operations for one of our hotel dining outlets.

Role Purpose

Lead restaurant operations and deliver memorable dining experiences that brighten guest stays. You'll manage all aspects of the outlet—from service standards and product quality to profitability and team performance—while upholding Hilton's hospitality values and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Management

• Manage outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, budgeting, and enforcement of policies and procedures.
• Monitor service and product quality to maintain exceptional dining standards.
• Assess guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.

Guest Experience

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through continuous monitoring and improvement of the dining experience.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the dining experience and guest satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to build and retain a high-performing team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
• Recognize achievements and foster team engagement.
• Lead hiring efforts, conduct interviews, and train new team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.

Revenue & Marketing

• Implement innovative marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotional initiatives to maximize food and beverage sales and profitability.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
