Role Purpose

Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure efficient service delivery, and develop the Food & Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Organise and control restaurant operations to provide dining services.
• Oversee and ensure smooth, efficient, and professional daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
• Manage staff rostering, workflow, and service standards to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and reporting as required.

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the property's food and beverage offerings to promote to guests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team during service periods to ensure quality service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Drive guest satisfaction, service excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise, coach, and train Food & Beverage Attendants, fostering a high-performing team.

Compliance & Safety

• Monitor and maintain compliance with hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.

Additional Information

• Predominantly works evening shifts.
• Must be available to work weekends as required.
