Role Purpose

To provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and manage the flow of restaurant traffic through efficient reservation handling, guest seating, and coordination with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcoming & Service

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus in accordance with service standards.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests, providing accurate information about menus, promotions, and outlet facilities.

Reservation & Table Management

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and communicate guest preferences, VIPs, and special occasions to the team.
• Monitor guest flow, table availability, and waiting times to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Team Coordination & Standards

• Coordinate closely with the restaurant service team and management to ensure seamless guest service.
• Maintain the hostess area and personal presentation to the highest standards of cleanliness, grooming, and professionalism.
