Role Purpose
As a Restaurant Hostess, you spread the light and warmth of hospitality by managing guest arrivals, handling inquiries, and delivering memorable experiences that uphold service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Arrivals & Reservations
- Manage pre-arrival details by confirming reservations, assigning accommodations, and fulfilling special requests prior to guest arrival.
- Coordinate group arrivals and oversee tour and pre-assigned group arrivals to ensure a seamless experience.
Guest Service & Experience
- Welcome guests and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Resolve guest concerns to uphold service standards.
- Maintain knowledge of all hotel services, VIP requests, and special events.
Communications
- Answer and route incoming calls.
- Maintain call logs.
- Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
