Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Communication

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout every guest interaction

Reservations & Bookings

• Secure individual bookings by converting guest inquiries into confirmed reservations
• Record and process all reservations with accuracy and attention to detail

Sales & Revenue Optimization

• Maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades using proactive selling techniques
• Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential leads for future business opportunities
