Representative - Wynn Rewards at Wynn Al Marjan Island, located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, 50 miles from Dubai International Airport.

Company Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, set to open in 2027. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. Amenities include multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional service to Wynn Rewards members by enrolling guests, processing transactions, and promoting the program while maintaining Wynn brand standards and driving member satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Member Enrollment and Support

• Greet and assist guests at the Wynn Rewards desk with professionalism and courtesy.
• Enroll new members into the Wynn Rewards program and clearly explain benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies, promotions, and resort services.

Transactions and Account Management

• Process member transactions, redemptions, and account updates accurately.

Guest Engagement and Promotion

• Promote current offers, events, and exclusive member experiences.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance member satisfaction and engagement.

Guest Service

• Resolve guest inquiries and escalate issues to the Manager when necessary.
• Uphold Wynn brand standards in all guest interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Hospitality or Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of guest service experience, ideally in luxury hospitality or retail.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data entry tools.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages a plus.
• Passion for luxury service and creating memorable guest experiences.
