Reporting Specialist

Role Overview

Reporting Specialist at JASARA PMC, based in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and distributing reports that support effective project management and decision-making.

Role Purpose

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the transparency and accountability of projects by gathering necessary data, interpreting findings, presenting insights in a clear and concise manner, and ensuring that key stakeholders have access to critical information.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Analysis

• Collect, validate, and analyze project data to prepare accurate reports.
• Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement through data analysis.

Reporting & Dashboards

• Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards for efficient tracking of project performance.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and deadlines.

Stakeholder Communication

• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with project objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and project teams.

Process Improvement

• Continuously seek ways to improve reporting processes and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in reporting or data analysis.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in reporting tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
