Reporting Manager (Sitewide) - (EOI)

Role Overview

Reporting Manager (Sitewide) with JASARA PMC for a mixed-use project. This senior position is pivotal in managing and coordinating comprehensive reporting activities related to sitewide and Durrat project components.

Role Purpose

Ensure that all reports accurately reflect project progress, risks, and performance, supporting effective decision-making across project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Report Compilation and Delivery

• Lead the compilation, validation, and delivery of sitewide and Durrat project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate inputs from various teams to produce consolidated and consistent reporting outputs.

Data Analysis and Insights

• Analyze project data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and visualization tools to effectively communicate project status and key metrics.

Stakeholder and Process Management

• Collaborate with project management teams to gather data, identify reporting requirements, and streamline reporting processes.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and deliver reports within tight deadlines.

Compliance and Standards

• Ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations in reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and standards for project reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise in mixed-use project reporting.
• Strong experience in data analysis, report generation, and project performance monitoring.
• Experience working in large-scale, mixed-use developments is preferred.

• Proficient in reporting tools and software, including Excel, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
