Role Overview

Reporting Manager (EOI) at JASARA PMC. This is an expressions of interest recruitment for an experienced professional to oversee reporting activities for rail projects.

Role Purpose

Oversee reporting activities related to rail projects, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and presentation to support strategic decision-making. The role requires a strong understanding of the rail industry, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage complex reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

Report Development and Delivery

• Lead the development, management, and delivery of comprehensive reports for rail projects.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reporting outputs.

Data Analysis and Insights

• Analyze rail project data to provide insights and inform project performance and risk management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualization tools to support stakeholder engagement.

Stakeholder and Team Coordination

• Collaborate with project teams to identify reporting requirements and data sources specific to rail operations.
• Coordinate reporting activities across multiple teams and external partners as necessary.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and deliver reports under tight deadlines.

Industry Knowledge

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in railway reporting and data management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Transport, or a related field.
• Total of 18 years experience in reporting or project management within the rail sector.
• Previous experience in managing or contributing to large-scale rail infrastructure projects preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong understanding of rail industry operations, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
