Role Overview
Cisco is seeking a Collaboration Renewals Specialist to join the Collaboration Renewals Sales team, which forms part of the Software Recurring Revenue Sales organization. This is a global, dynamic role based within Cisco's sales environment.

Role Purpose
This role exists to drive growth in renewals sales within the Collaboration portfolio and craft a successful customer renewal experience. You will be responsible for managing your regional renewals pipeline, sharing customer value propositions for Collaboration offers, addressing objections and competitive risks, and identifying migration and expansion opportunities through close collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development & Sales Execution
- Build, develop, and execute a sales pipeline based on upcoming renewals for near-term in-quarter growth.
- Run the future-term pipeline to work early and ahead of time on key future renewals.
- Lead and build sales opportunities working closely with Cisco Partners, Collaboration Account Executives, and technical teams to develop a renewals strategy for key accounts.
- Drive growth in renewals sales for your assigned region.
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Collaborate directly with customers, partners, and internal team members across sales, engineering, and marketing.
- Share customer value propositions for Collaboration offers with prospects and existing customers.
- Address customer objections, adoption barriers, and competitive risks.
- Highlight compelling migration and expansion options to drive higher value and an efficient experience.
- Educate and excite Partners and partner teams on the Collaboration Renewals story.
- Drive engagement and understanding of the market with channel partners.
- Build business development opportunities with partner teams.
Sales Operations & Analytics
- Demonstrate strong sales competence and confidence when communicating the business benefits Collaboration Software provides customers.
- Support quote creation and closing renewals opportunities for accounts using strong data analysis skills.
- Use Salesforce.com and Gong.io to track current and potential customer interactions.
- Drive progression of opportunities through the sales cycle using CRM tools.
- Analyze data and financial reports to propose, identify, and upsell renewals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in sales, renewals, sales support, customer success, or account management.
- Experience working directly with customers and/or channel partners in a sales or renewal-related role.
- Experience using a CRM or sales tracking tool, such as Salesforce.com, to manage customer accounts, pipeline, or sales opportunities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, including written and verbal communication for customer, partner, and internal business interactions.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Gong.io for tracking customer interactions and managing opportunities.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to analyze financial reports.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Additional Information
- Preferred experience with Cisco Install Base, Cisco software offers, or recurring revenue renewal cycles.
