Role Overview
Relationship Officer - ADIB@Work (Outsource) at ADIB.
Role Purpose
Develop strong relationships with key contacts in targeted sectors and segments to source payroll salaried accounts and cross-sell asset products including Covered Cards and Personal Finance products, aligned with ADIB policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement
- Source payroll accounts from targeted sectors and segments and achieve or exceed assigned monthly targets.
- Cross-sell and source Covered Cards products from targeted sectors and segments and achieve or exceed assigned targets.
- Cross-sell and source Personal Finance products from targeted sectors and segments and achieve or exceed assigned targets.
- Initiate cross-sell of other banking products on a best efforts basis.
Relationship & Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, Finance, and Admin contacts within targeted government entities, multinational corporations, and well-known large and medium corporates, as well as new establishments and Free Zones.
- Conduct marketing, kiosk, and onboarding session activities within targeted employers to market ADIB products and services.
- Visit potential employers and clients to finalize business deals within targeted turnaround times based on ADIB policy and procedure.
- Maintain good rapport within ADIB across inter-departmental and peer relationships to ensure smooth business flow.
- Deliver timely and prompt service to customers.
Product & Process Management
- Maintain full awareness of product policies, procedures, and knowledge to ensure swift implementation and adherence.
- Ensure full awareness of assigned products in terms of knowledge and process with complete adherence.
- Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications to ensure all information is accurate and authentic.
- Verify authenticity of critical documents including copies of Bank Statements, Passports, EIDs, Salary Certificates, and Salary Transfer Letters prior to sending to the respective unit coordinator for processing.
- Execute and process product lines representing ADIB, prepare files according to checklist, and share physical files with coordinators within 24 hours of completing customer signing formalities.
- Ensure quality of applications submitted and rectify any errors or omissions.
- Check file activation and notify management of any delays at the Card Centre.
Compliance & Administration
- Follow approval processes and escalate any delays to superiors.
- Adhere to stipulated office timing and follow secrecy norms strictly.
- Maintain data confidentiality.
- Escalate customer complaints to management as needed.
- Participate in and complete all activities assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Multi-products sales, payroll, or employee banking experience.
- General awareness of competitors in local and regional markets.
- Valid Driving License.
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of retail banking service standards.
- Strong sales skills.
- Computer skills.
