Regional Delivery Manager

Role Overview

Regional Delivery Manager at Apparel Group. This is a leadership position responsible for managing delivery operations across a region, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Role Purpose

Manage and optimize regional delivery operations to ensure timely, efficient product delivery while meeting service level agreements and key performance indicators, and to lead a high-performing delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Delivery Management

• Manage and optimize delivery operations, including route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze and improve delivery processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate delivery disruptions and ensure business continuity.

Team Leadership

• Lead a team of delivery personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery experiences.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics, including on-time delivery, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or delivery management, preferably in a regional or senior role.
• Proven track record of improving delivery operations and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics operations management systems (LMS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
