Role Purpose

As a Receptionist, you will elevate the guest experience from check-in to check-out and everything in-between. You bring dedication, exceptional service delivery, and a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences to the dynamic Front Office Team, going beyond the routine to create memorable moments.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service

• Ensure all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level.
• Serve as the guest's superhero throughout their stay.
• Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Exude patience, empathy, and personality to host the experience.

Front Office Operations

• Ensure smooth running of the front office department.
• Work as an integral part of the team.
• Engage with the hustle and bustle of daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi Nationality required.
• Hospitality degree preferred.
• Experience in a similar position beneficial but not essential.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English Language.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexible with working in different shifts.
