Role Purpose

As Receptionist / Host, you will be at the centre of guest experience, guiding guests through check-in and check-out, providing comprehensive knowledge of hotel services and amenities, solving guest questions proactively, and ensuring every interaction radiates authentic Radisson energy and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service

• Guide guests through self-check-in and check-out kiosks to ensure the journey starts smoothly.
• Be the go-to person for everything the hotel has to offer—services, amenities, happenings and what's hot in the city.
• Jump in with enthusiasm to solve guest questions and small issues before they become significant problems.
• Ensure every interaction radiates Radisson energy—authentic, fun and flexible.

Operations & Coordination

• Connect guests with the right departments when needed, making the whole Hotel feel like one big Team on their side.
• Support the Front Office with essential operational tasks that keep the energy up and the flow seamless.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working with IT systems and technology.

Skills & Competencies

• Dynamic personality with a love of people interaction and the skill to adapt.
• Innovative and creative mindset with a positive outlook; comfortable with challenges and solutions-oriented.
• Engaging, self-motivated approach with genuine passion for serving guests.
• Fluent English; Russian is an added advantage.
• Passion for Music, Art and Fashion is desirable.
