Role Overview

Receptionist for Clinic at MIRA Construction. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing appointments and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Role Purpose

Provide excellent customer service and administrative support by greeting patients and visitors, managing appointments, handling registration, and coordinating with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

Appointments & Scheduling

• Manage patient appointments via phone, email, and in-person scheduling.
• Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software.

Patient Records & Registration

• Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records.
• Update patient information as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Communications & Inquiries

• Answer inquiries about clinic services and direct calls appropriately.

Administrative Support

• Manage billing, payments, and insurance-related documentation as needed.
• Assist with general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a receptionist in a healthcare or clinic environment is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
