Real Estate Sourcer at Kitchen Park, based in the Salmiya office, Kuwait.

Role Purpose
Source new properties and secure viable real estate sites across Kuwait through landlord and developer negotiations, while conducting market research, financial analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support Kitchen Park's expansion of commercial kitchen facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Acquisitions
- Source new properties and initiate contact with landlords and local authority areas across Kuwait.
- Negotiate with landlords, developers, and regulatory bodies to clear requirements and secure viable sites.
- Collaborate closely with other Real Estate Sourcers and the Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to align on sourcing strategy, deal prioritization, and market coverage.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in Kuwait.
Financial Evaluation
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.
Data Management
- Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
- Understanding of the commercial real estate market in Kuwait.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate properties from both a technical and commercial perspective.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (essential), with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
