Role Overview
Real Estate Sourcer at Kitchen Park, based in Salmiya, Kuwait. You will identify, evaluate, and secure properties to expand our network of smart, fully equipped kitchen spaces for restaurant operators in the delivery market.

Role Purpose
Source new properties and drive real estate acquisitions across Kuwait by identifying viable sites, negotiating with landlords and developers, conducting market research, and preparing financial and investment analysis to support Kitchen Park's expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Negotiation
- Source new properties and initiate contact with landlords and local authority areas across Kuwait.
- Negotiate with landlords, developers, and regulatory bodies to secure viable sites.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in Kuwait.
- Evaluate properties from both technical and commercial perspectives.
Financial Analysis
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
Operations and Collaboration
- Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate closely with other Real Estate Sourcers and the Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to align on sourcing strategy, deal prioritization, and market coverage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Understanding of the commercial real estate market in Kuwait.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate properties from both technical and commercial perspectives.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (essential), with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and effectiveness under pressure.

- This role is office-based in Salmiya and requires onsite attendance five days a week.
