Role Overview

Real Estate Analyst at ATOMS, based in Qatar. The role supports the Real Estate division in sourcing new properties, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing strategic insights to drive expansion in one of the company's fastest-growing markets.

Role Purpose

To identify and evaluate real estate opportunities across Qatar that support Kitchen Park's expansion strategy. The analyst will conduct market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to inform investment decisions and support property acquisition and negotiation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Property Sourcing & Negotiation

• Source new properties, landlords, and local authority areas.
• Negotiate with property owners and landlords.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in Qatar.

Financial Modelling & Reporting

• Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.

Collaboration & Data Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 2+ years of professional experience in real estate or related field.
• Understanding of the commercial real estate market in Qatar.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (essential).
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

• Office-based role requiring onsite presence five days a week.
