RCM Project Lead

Role Overview

RCM Project Lead at Waseel. This role leads end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services for assigned healthcare providers using Waseel's RCM solutions.

Role Purpose

Lead and oversee the delivery of comprehensive RCM services, manage daily operations, direct cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory and payer compliance, monitor financial performance, and drive continuous improvement while serving as the primary client contact and ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

• Manage daily RCM operations for assigned healthcare providers.
• Monitor operational and financial performance against established targets.
• Ensure achievement of KPIs and SLAs across all RCM functions.
• Deliver high-quality service and achieve strong customer satisfaction.

Team & Project Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams supporting RCM service delivery.
• Manage team workloads and ensure accountability for operational KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee the full Revenue Cycle Management lifecycle, including registration, eligibility, pre-authorization, charging, coding, billing, claims submission, denial and rejection management, follow-up, and collections.

Performance & Process Improvement

• Analyze RCM performance metrics and identify root causes of claim denials.
• Implement corrective actions to improve collections and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous process improvements across RCM operations.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements.
• Maintain adherence to CCHI regulations and Saudi healthcare regulations.
• Uphold CBAHI standards and healthcare quality requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Collaborate effectively with hospital leadership, clinical teams, and insurance companies.
• Partner with internal departments to support service delivery and process alignment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems.
• 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Minimum 2 years in a team lead, project lead, or supervisory role.
• Experience in client-facing environments or managed healthcare services is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proven experience managing the complete RCM lifecycle from end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Medical Claims, Billing, Health Insurance Operations, and payer requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Claims Management Systems, and RCM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CCHI regulations and healthcare insurance compliance requirements.
• Good understanding of CBAHI standards and healthcare quality requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
