Role Overview

Quantity Surveyor - Roads and Infrastructure at AECOM in Dubai.

Role Purpose

Support cost management on roads and infrastructure projects by preparing estimates, managing valuations, and administering contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation and Documentation

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs and tender documentation for infrastructure works.

Measurement and Valuations

• Manage measurement, valuations and variations.

Contract Administration

• Support contract administration and commercial reporting.

Stakeholder Liaison

• Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 4+ years' experience, ideally on roads and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of measurement standards and contract forms.
