Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract)

Role Overview

Rider Levett Bucknall is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract) to support the commercial delivery of major projects.

Role Purpose

Take full ownership of commercial workstreams on post-contract phases, operating with minimal supervision to deliver high-quality outputs aligned with client and project expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Delivery

• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and urgency in all commercial activities.
• Drive commercial workstreams independently through to completion.
• Produce high-quality, complete outputs that meet client and project expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in post-contract project phases.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to take full ownership of assigned commercial workstreams.
• Initiative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
