Role Overview
Quantity Surveyor with Archirodon Group N.V, based in UAE, for the WEP Project (West to East Pipeline).

Role Purpose
To manage quantity surveying activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects, ensuring accurate measurement, verification and documentation of executed works, and processing payments in accordance with contract provisions.
Key Responsibilities
Measurement and Documentation
- Prepare complete Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for EPC Projects in the Oil & Gas field.
- Compile and maintain all supporting documents and backups for executed works and measurement thereof, including signed NRI, QS sheets and progress records.
- Verify subcontract measurements and payment applications.
Stakeholder Liaison
- Liaise with the Engineer's and Employer's quantity surveyors in verifying measured quantities and processing payments.
- Liaise with all project sections in quantity measurement, recording and reporting matters.
Payment Processing
- Prepare Contract Final Measures together with application for Payment at Completion in accordance with contract provisions.
- Ensure all executed works have been measured, verified and claimed.
General Duties
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical).
- Experience working in Oil & Gas projects.
- Experience working in Pipeline projects.
- ADNOC experience is an advantage.
