Quality Production Specialist supporting the F-15 Qatar Program at Al Udeid AB, Qatar, with Boeing Global Services.

Company Overview

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Production Specialist to support the F-15 Qatar Program.

Role Purpose

Ensure early quality involvement in program development and maintain compliance with program, contract, customer, regulatory and international standards throughout the F-15 Qatar Program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Requirements and Standards

• Review proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements to ensure early quality involvement in program development.
• Prepare and maintain Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed.

Process Analysis and Improvement

• Analyze process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems.
• Conduct research, compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability.
• Participate with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation.

Supplier and Audit Management

• Conduct quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements.
• Support business decisions and develop a coordinated response for management review and approval.
• Conduct hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements.
• Report audit results to management.

Nonconforming Material Review

• Analyze data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience working with F-15 or comparable fighter aircraft.

Skills & Competencies

• Root cause analysis.
• Quality Assurance.
• F-15 platform knowledge.
• F-15 platform weapons experience.

Additional Information

Security Clearance

• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
• An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Work Arrangement

• This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
• The selected candidate will be required to work on-site.
• Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts.
