Role Overview
Quality Manager - Luxury Projects at AtkinsRéalis. This role leads quality assurance initiatives across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, driving continuous improvement, and supporting project delivery excellence both on-site and in client-facing environments.

Role Purpose
To lead quality assurance initiatives for Luxury projects by maintaining the Integrated Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, managing non-conformances, engaging stakeholders, and building quality capability across project and contractor teams.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Leadership & IMS
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for Luxury projects.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, contractual specifications, employer's requirements, and relevant authority standards.
- Act as the Quality Management Representative for site operations.
Site Quality Management
- Oversee QA/QC activities for Luxury projects.
- Ensure Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Work Procedures are approved and effectively implemented.
- Monitor material approvals, laboratory testing, and site inspections in line with authority and project requirements.
Audits, Compliance & Improvement
- Plan and conduct internal audits, vendor audits, and support external, client, and authority audits.
- Lead non-conformance management, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective and preventive action implementation.
- Track and report quality KPIs, trends, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and Site Teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for quality matters with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies such as RTA, ADM, DMT, and MoEI as applicable.
- Provide quality consultancy and advisory services to clients on road project quality systems and compliance.
Training & Capability Building
- Deliver quality training and mentoring to project and site teams on quality standards, procedures, and road construction quality best practices.
- Train teams on quality tools including RCA, FMEA, and Six Sigma concepts.
- Promote a proactive quality culture across project teams and contractors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
- 20+ years of quality management experience within Luxury projects.
- Proven experience managing site-based quality operations on Mega Luxury projects.
- Strong consultancy and client-facing background, preferably within engineering consultancy environments.
- Experience working with UAE or regional road authority standards is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS/IMS) and ISO standards.
- In-depth knowledge of construction quality practices and Luxury projects construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as RCA, FMEA, audits, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, site-based environment.
