Quality Engineer

Role Overview

Quality Engineer at Wood PLC, based in Saudi Arabia. Site-based position.

Role Purpose

Coordinate the implementation of project guidelines, contracts, and quality assurance procedures while ensuring project quality objectives are met across commercial and operational domains.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Audits

• Coordinate and perform quality audits for the implementation of work processes and contract procedures.
• Ensure project quality objectives are met.

Stakeholder & Resource Management

• Coordinate with other functional managers to ensure correct implementation of project guidelines, contracts, and other related procedures.
• Obtain necessary commercial and quality resources to plan and execute the work.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of experience.
• BSc in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Aramco experience.
• Experience in minerals, hydrocarbon, refinery, or infrastructure industries.
• Commercial and quality assurance/control management experience on mega projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Thorough knowledge of commercial and quality assurance/control methods and practices.
• Thorough knowledge of international codes and standards.
• Thorough knowledge of procedures related to quality assurance/control.
