Quality Advisor

Quality Advisor at Wood PLC. The site location is approximately 200 km northeast of Ta'if.

Role Purpose

To assist in the planning, development, and execution of quality programmes in accordance with allocated budgets and in compliance with contract/execution and quality plan arrangements, while supporting the maintenance and deployment of Wood's Quality management system across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Planning & Documentation

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of quality plans to meet contractual requirements.
• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of quality programmes in accordance with allocated budgets and in compliance with contract/execution and quality plan arrangements.
• Assist with the establishment of assurance schedules and support the implementation of internal, external, and extrinsic assurance activities.

Quality Management System

• Assist in the maintenance, documentation, and deployment of Wood's Quality management system within their respective organization.
• Assist implementation of organization/local management reviews and reporting of metrics and KPIs.

Supplier & Subcontractor Management

• Review subcontractor and supplier quality management systems, plans and ITPs, documentation, and records ensuring they meet stated requirements.
• Coordinate third party vendors inspection visits; review and distribution of reports.
• Assist in the quality review and approval of product/material requisitions.

Non-Conformance & Continuous Improvement

• Assist in the management and analysis of Non-conformance and corrective action data.
• Support lessons learned and continual improvement processes.

Project Support

• Support the creation and review of tender packages and proposals.
• Attend kick-off meetings and establish how defined quality requirements will be implemented.

Communication & Training

• Promote the awareness of quality principles through targeted communication, education, and training.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma (or local equivalent) in quality or related discipline (desirable).
• Membership of CQI, ASQ, or other country equivalent (desirable).
• Quality auditor qualification by a recognized industry body (essential).
• Formal root cause analysis training (desirable).
• Minimum of 3 years previous quality experience (preferably in relevant industry equivalent).
• Comprehensive ISO 9001 awareness (essential).
