QC SENIOR INSPECTOR

Role Overview

QC Senior Inspector at Napco National. This role is responsible for quality control inspection and analysis across the manufacturing process.

Role Purpose

Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes and products to ensure quality standards are met, identify deviations, and drive process improvements through systematic inspection, testing, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Monitoring & Analysis

• Monitor, collect and interpret raw data from various sources.
• Evaluate and analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making.
• Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at Napco to ensure quality standards are attained.

Inspection & Testing

• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products.
• Operate simple to complex lab equipment against performance and standard limits.
• Test products according to engineering and procedural standards.
• Uncover and address deviations.

Process Operations

• Operate all steps and activities for required production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other applicable instructions.

Planning & Organization

• Organize and plan work and project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks.
• Meet short and long term objectives.

Process Improvement

• Drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements based on inspection findings.
