Role Overview
QC SCMS Operator at Samsung E&A. The role operates within Samsung E&A's quality control department, managing the Site Construction Management System (SCMS) to support inspection oversight and reporting across all project disciplines.

Role Purpose
To manage and maintain the SCMS platform, monitor daily inspection status across all project disciplines, and ensure accurate, timely communication of quality control data to QC supervisors and management.
Key Responsibilities
SCMS Management
- Monitor and manage inspection status through the SCMS for all project disciplines.
- Ensure the SCMS platform is operational and functioning correctly.
- Communicate with the SCMS in-charge person to resolve system issues when they occur.
- Manage daily updated inspection status within the system.
Reporting & Communication
- Report inspection status to the QC Manager on a daily basis.
- Monitor missed inspection statuses and inform both the QC Supervisor and QC Manager.
- Provide daily updated SCMS status reports to the QC Supervisor upon request.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in SCMS management system operations.
- Background in Quality Control with SCMS knowledge.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
