Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences in assigned locations and provide detailed feedback to support service excellence and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluation & Feedback

• Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury stores across assigned markets.
• Share detailed opinions about experiences in luxury retail environments.
• Evaluate luxury brands in sectors including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
• Deliver comprehensive feedback on retail experiences and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Arabic speaker.
• Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
